These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jongle platform, including all casino games, sports betting, account management, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers. One Account Per Player

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the jongle platform at jongle.vip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jongle's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the jongle platform immediately and refrain from creating or accessing any account.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jongle (the platform operator). jongle reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be published at jongle.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
Language and Governing Version
These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the definitive governing version. Any translations or summaries provided for convenience are not binding and do not supersede the English text.
Platform Scope
These terms apply to all products and services offered through jongle, including but not limited to: cricket betting and all other sports betting markets; live casino games (including European Roulette Pro and all other live dealer titles); slot games and other random-number-generator (RNG) based games; the Nine card game and other speciality game categories; the jongle Casino product; account management features including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims; and all promotional and loyalty programme activities.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the jongle platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:
- You are at least 18 years of age. jongle enforces a minimum age of 18 years without exception.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or affiliate acting on behalf of a third party.
- You do not already hold another active or suspended jongle account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from jongle or had a jongle account permanently closed for a breach of these terms.
- You are of sound mind and are making decisions of your own free will without coercion.
Age Verification (KYC)
jongle uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process to confirm each player's age and identity before full account functionality — including withdrawals above the minimum threshold — is made available. As part of KYC, you will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued identity document. In Bangladesh, the accepted primary document is the National Identity Card (NID). jongle may also request a secondary supporting document such as a utility bill, bank statement, or passport if the primary document does not provide sufficient confirmation of identity or date of birth.
jongle reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold pending withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. If KYC documents cannot be verified as authentic or if the information provided does not match account registration data, jongle reserves the right to permanently close the account and, at its discretion, return deposited funds less any bonus funds received.
Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. jongle takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, and play on jongle.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To access jongle's full range of games, betting markets, and payment features, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
Accuracy of Information
You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate and kept up to date. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, email address, or bank account used for withdrawals — you must update your account profile promptly or notify the jongle support team. jongle is not liable for payment delays, failed withdrawals, or security breaches arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
One Account Rule
Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one jongle account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. jongle uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jongle reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or casino rounds played, and forfeit any bonus balances or winnings generated across those accounts. Original deposited funds may be returned at jongle's discretion after review.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jongle username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jongle will never contact you to ask for your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify jongle immediately at [email protected]. jongle recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in account security settings, to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
Account Closure Requests
Players who wish to permanently close their jongle account may submit a written request to [email protected]. jongle will process permanent closure requests within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and pending wagering requirements on bonus balances. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on the jongle platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jongle does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for standard transactions via supported local payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees at their discretion. jongle is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment service providers.

jongle currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

Available payment methods may change without prior notice. The current list of active methods is displayed on the jongle deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.
Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits subject to jongle's internal review process. jongle reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks on transactions above certain thresholds in line with its fraud prevention policies.
Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the jongle account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Direct bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 4 business hours to be manually verified and credited, depending on the bank and time of transfer. jongle is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or banking network processing times.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts are processed by jongle within one to three business days from the date of request. Processing times may be longer during peak periods (such as BPL season) or where additional verification checks are required. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless a specific alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing with the jongle support team. jongle reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
Funds deposited into your jongle account are held exclusively for use on the jongle platform. Deposited funds may not be transferred to another jongle player's account. Your jongle balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest. jongle maintains player funds separately from operational funds to protect player balances.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
jongle offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer and to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and this section, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to a player's jongle account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (for example, 20x, 30x, or 35x the bonus amount) and time limit within which wagering must be completed are stated on the individual promotional offer page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
Game Contribution Rates
Different game categories contribute to bonus wagering requirements at different rates. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked towards wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and video poker games typically contribute a lower percentage (which may be as low as 10% or 0% for certain game types). The specific contribution rates applicable to each active bonus are displayed in the My Bonuses section of your jongle account.
Bonus Abuse
jongle monitors bonus activity to detect and prevent abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using betting patterns or strategies specifically designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "low-variance wagering"); colluding with other players to generate artificial play through bonus funds; and making deposits solely to qualify for a bonus with the intention of immediately withdrawing after wagering the minimum required amount. Where bonus abuse is detected, jongle reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and — in serious cases — close the offending account.
Promotional Eligibility
jongle reserves the right to restrict any player from participating in specific promotions based on account history, geographic location, deposit and play patterns, or any other criterion at its sole discretion. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players and jongle may limit the frequency or value of bonus offers available to any individual player account.
Bonus funds and real-money funds in your jongle account are tracked separately. When you have an active bonus, real-money funds are typically wagered first before bonus funds, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Always review the individual offer terms before opting in to a bonus to understand how it affects your balance and withdrawal eligibility.
6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
jongle is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To maintain the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, account closure, voiding of bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin slot reels, make decisions in casino games, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or platform glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
- Colluding with other players in multiplayer games (including live poker or any live table game where player strategy affects shared outcomes) to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using card counting techniques, prohibited betting systems, or other advantage-play methods in live casino games where jongle's terms restrict such play.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the jongle platform to process funds of illegal origin. jongle complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious financial activity as required.
- Providing false, forged, or altered identity documents during the KYC process.
- Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy service, or other tool to disguise your true geographic location in order to circumvent regional restrictions.
- Engaging in threatening, abusive, offensive, or harassing behaviour towards jongle staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical operation of the jongle platform.
Game Integrity and RNG Certification
All RNG-based games on the jongle platform — including slots, table game variants, and virtual games — use certified random number generation provided by the relevant game studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi using physical decks, wheels, and dealing procedures under studio surveillance. jongle does not manipulate game outcomes. Game results are determined entirely by the certified RNG systems of the respective game providers.
Bet Cancellation Rights
jongle reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error — including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or human error — at any time before or after the event's outcome. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's jongle balance. jongle will communicate bet voiding decisions to affected players via the registered account email address.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
jongle reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:
- Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or identity theft.
- Suspected or confirmed money laundering or terrorist financing activity.
- Detection of duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at jongle staff.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).
- Request by the player for self-exclusion under jongle's Responsible Gaming policy.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. jongle will attempt to notify the player at their registered email address before applying dormant account status. Once dormant status is applied, a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and, if required, completing a re-verification of identity. jongle will not charge any fee that would result in a negative account balance.
Appeals
Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of the suspension or closure decision. Appeals will be reviewed by jongle's compliance team within 10 business days of receipt. jongle's decision on appeal is final.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these terms, any remaining balance — including deposited real-money funds — may be forfeited in full. jongle will apply this remedy only in cases where there is clear evidence of intentional wrongdoing and will document its reasoning in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
jongle provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jongle takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, security, and game integrity, jongle does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or data loss. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency infrastructure work, and circumstances beyond jongle's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service provider outages, force majeure events, third-party software failures, and cyber attacks) may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform.
No Warranty on Winnings
jongle does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game or betting market. All games and betting markets carry inherent financial risk. Past results do not predict future outcomes. You acknowledge that gambling is entertainment and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited to your jongle account. jongle is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through your use of the platform.
Cap on Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jongle's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jongle is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind.
Third-Party Services
The jongle platform integrates game content from third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and payment services from third-party providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bangladeshi banks). jongle is not responsible for technical failures, errors, or service interruptions originating from these third-party systems. Any disputes regarding game software errors should be directed in the first instance to jongle support, who will liaise with the relevant game studio on your behalf.
Amendments to Terms
jongle reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable. Continued use of the jongle platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any revised terms, you must stop using jongle and may request account closure with return of your real-money balance as described in Section 3 above.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with jongle's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy as published on jongle.vip, constitute the entire agreement between you and jongle with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings — whether written or oral — between you and jongle on this subject matter.
